Return requests: include your order number, the item(s) being returned, and the reason. Personal-reason or size returns are shipped at the customer’s expense; keep the piece unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of:
- The product itself, showing the damage or defect.
- The full packaging it arrived in.
- The shipping label or waybill.
